[b] 3DS will provide a complimentary replacement machine of equivalent configuration if the warranty process exceeds 24 hours.

[c] Applies within the first month from the delivery date.

[d] In accordance with the general warranty terms and conditions.

• Products are eligible for free warranty service if they are still within the warranty period, calculated from the delivery date and upon customer acceptance.

• During the warranty period, components (excluding FFF 3D printer nozzles) will be replaced free of charge if damaged due to manufacturing defects. The warranty period and conditions are clearly stated on the Warranty Certificate.

• To be eligible for warranty service, the product must have a valid Warranty Certificate and an intact 3DS warranty seal.

• The product is beyond the warranty period stated on the certificate or the Warranty Certificate is missing.

• The warranty seal is torn, altered, missing, or covered.

• The product is damaged due to physical impact such as dropping, breaking, scratching, denting, exposure to moisture, corrosion, fire, or natural disasters.

• Incorrect usage, including failure to follow the user manual or using the wrong voltage.

• The product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized individuals or technicians without written authorization from 3DS.
