Announcement: Establishment of Trutech Manufacturing Joint Stock Company – Enhancing Additive Manufacturing and 3D Technology Capabilities

On August 4, 2021, 3D Smart Solutions officially launched the 3Dmanufacturer brand – a 100% automated online 3D printing ordering platform in Vietnam. Two years later, on August 15, 2023, 3D Smart Solutions inaugurated the largest 3D factory in Vietnam. After nearly three years of operation, the number of online 3D printing orders has continuously grown, with an average annual growth rate of 45%. Throughout this period, the 3D factory has maintained a steady expansion of production capacity and continued investing in industrial 3D equipment dedicated to mass production. Notable examples include the Freescan UE Pro industrial 3D scanner, the Big-180X industrial 3D printer capable of producing monolithic mechanical parts up to 1.8 meters in size, and the SLA-800 3D printer, which enhances the mass production capabilities of the 3D factory in Vietnam.

Today, on January 7, 2026, we mark another important milestone in the development strategy of 3D Smart Solutions. With the orientation toward specialization and elevating manufacturing capabilities, we officially separate our service and technology manufacturing segments and launch a new legal entity, as detailed below:
