3D Scanner Warranty Exclusions

The product is beyond the warranty period stated on the certificate or does not have a Warranty Certificate.

The warranty seal is broken, damaged, altered, or replaced.

The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as drops, collisions, scratches, dents, rust, water exposure, or natural disasters.

Improper usage, such as not following the user manual or using incorrect voltage.

Unauthorized disassembly or repairs by individuals or technicians not authorized in writing by 3DS.
