[a] A dedicated hotline extension is available exclusively for customers with Gold and Platinum warranty packages.

[b] If warranty service takes longer than 24 hours, 3DS will provide a replacement machine with equivalent specifications free of charge for temporary use during the repair period.

[c] Within the first month from the delivery date, customers are entitled to enhanced support and priority handling under our early-use policy.

[d] All services are subject to 3DS’s standard warranty terms and conditions.
