Mastercam Inspection Suite
Mastercam Inspection Suite is a 3D inspection solution package that integrates the Verisurf MBD, TOOLS, and MEASURE modules.
It provides tools for:
- Processing CAD data from 3D design software
- Data adjustment tools
- Setting up Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) measurements
- Generating product quality inspection reports
Requirement: Mastercam Design must be installed beforehand.
Mastercam Design
Mastercam Inspection & Analysis Network Suite includes the following Verisurf modules: MBD, TOOLS, MEASURE, and ANALYSIS.
MBD includes creating and editing GD&T related to 3D models compliant with ISO 10303 and ASME Y14.5 standards.
TOOLS allows model-based measurement including:
- Automatic flipped surface normals,
- Automatic hole axis finder,
- Screenshot tool,
- 3D-PDF creation,
- And more.
MEASURE controls all 3D scanning and probing measurement functions, including:
- Automatic device alignment, measurement, inspection, and reporting of measured features and surfaces against the CAD design or model,
- Supports probing-based reverse engineering,
- Naming inspection data, annotations, and reports can be generated in HTML, Excel, and PDF formats.
