Job Description
– Support the B2B sales team, mainly focusing on corporate clients in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, mold making, medical, automotive, consumer goods, etc.
– Search, update, and manage corporate customer data using CRM and Excel.
– Assist in reaching out to customers via email, phone, or B2B e-commerce platforms.
– Participate in preparing quotations, contracts, and tracking order progress and delivery.
– Collaborate with the technical department to develop suitable solutions for each customer (3D printers, 3D scanners, Mastercam software, etc.).
– Learn how to present 3D technology solutions to corporate customers following scripts or through seminars/webinars.
– Assist in preparing content and materials for sales events, trade fairs, and workshops.
– Support administrative tasks related to business operations.
Requirements
– 3rd or final-year students majoring in Business, Management, Engineering – Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
– Passionate about the B2B business environment, especially in technology and manufacturing sectors.
– Good communication skills, quick learner, and logical presentation ability.
– Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
– Own a personal laptop and able to intern at least 3 sessions per week.
– Preference given to candidates aiming for a career in technical business after graduation.
