Sales Executive

– Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure continued sales based on their needs
– Visit clients and conduct field sales activities
– Take responsibility for achieving sales targets
– Develop and execute business plans
– Acquire and develop new customer accounts
– Prepare monthly business activity reports and annual performance summaries

– Gender: Female
– Age: 25–35 years old
– Education: College degree or higher in Technical fields, Electronics, Mechanical Automation, Business Administration, or related majors
– At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in CNC machining, mold manufacturing, technology, machinery, or mechanical design
– Proactive, dynamic, and confident personality
– Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

– Salary: Negotiable based on actual experience, plus commission
– Meal allowance: 35,000 VND/day
– Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance

– 12 days of annual leave and public holidays in accordance with labor laws
