MBD includes the creation and editing of GD&T on 3D models compliant with ISO 10303 & ASME Y14.5 standards.

TOOLS enables model-based measurement, including automatic surface normal flipping, hole axis detection, screenshot capture, 3D-PDF generation, and more.

AUTOMATE offers object-oriented, drag-and-drop CMM programming for quick and easy creation, execution, and editing of automated inspection plans. Includes the ability to create master part CMM programs and deviation reports for subsequent parts. Comes with an I++DME open standard client for DCC CMM communication. Requires the I++DME Server software option or Verisurf Universal CMM I++DME Server to interface with proprietary controllers.

MEASURE controls all 3D scanning and probing functions, including automatic device alignment, measurement, inspection, and reporting of measured features and surfaces against design or CAD models. Supports reverse engineering via probing. Enables naming, annotating, and reporting of inspection data in HTML, Excel, and PDF formats.

BUILD provides real-time dynamic 3D deviation arrows and DRO-based visual guidance to quickly locate and assemble parts. Intuitive graphical feedback is essential for tool building and assembly, eliminating the need for costly hard tooling and templates.

ANALYSIS delivers the fastest alignment of measured data to nominal 3D CAD models. Supports point-to-point, point-to-curve, point-to-surface, or point-to-mesh analysis, with results communicated via color deviation maps, whisker plots, custom balloons, and reports.

REVERSE is a powerful toolkit for reverse engineering scanned data into watertight mesh surface models, ready for 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and solid modeling. Import, edit, and export large point clouds and STL meshes. Includes advanced mesh alignment, filtering, smoothing, bridging, hole-filling, edge extension, trimming, and slicing. Generate NURBS surfaces by sketching or projecting curves onto meshes, or using intelligent lofting and automatic surfacing tools.
