The FreeScan Combo Series’ laser scanning modes can achieve industrial-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm*, making it ideal for metrology applications.
*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, sphere-spacing error is assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume, in the accuracy lab certified with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C; humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.
It’s multiple line mode projects up to 50 laser lines (FreeScan Combo + version) and scan at speeds of up to 3,600,000 points/sec.
The FreeScan Combo Series boasts an ergonomic, compact, and lightweight design that makes 3D scanning convenient and easy.
The optimized camera angle makes it more suitable for working in narrow and complex environments, allowing for fast data capture in seams.
For feature-rich workpieces, the infrared light scanning mode is ideal. It captures parts quickly and efficiently without the need for markers.
