The Layerloop EXTEND is the embodiment of industrial-grade power, featuring a fully enclosed chamber design that ensures optimal thermal management for the highest levels of print quality and dimensional accuracy. Like all Layerloop 3D printers, the EXTEND is equipped with the company’s proprietary 30° angled extrusion system, eliminating traditional geometric constraints and reducing the need for support structures.

What truly sets the EXTEND apart is its Unlimited Scalability. By adding extension modules, users can increase the printable length by 500 mm per module without compromising the printer’s heated chamber environment.

With an extrusion system capable of reaching temperatures up to 450°C, the EXTEND is ideally suited for processing advanced industrial materials, including carbon fiber-reinforced composites, glass-filled materials, metal-filled filaments, and ceramic-based materials.

Each extension module incorporates its own independent heating system, ensuring superior interlayer adhesion while effectively preventing warping in large-format prints.
