Leapfrog Kit – An accessory designed to extend the effective measuring volume of a portable measuring arm when inspecting large components or features located beyond the arm’s direct
reach. By using reference points or dedicated targets, the Leapfrog Kit allows the arm to be repositioned while maintaining the same coordinate system, ensuring measurement continuity across multiple setups. This enables operators to inspect larger parts without sacrificing accuracy, reducing the need for multiple measurement systems and increasing flexibility both in the metrology lab and directly on the shop floor.
