Cung cấp công cụ xử lý dữ liệu CAD từ các phần mềm thiết kế 3D, công cụ điều chỉnh dữ liệu, thiết lập đo lường dung sai kích thước hình học GD&T, so sánh sai lệch bề mặt, mặt cắt hoặc điểm giữa sản phẩm và dữ liệu thiết kế CAD thể hiện bằng biểu đồ màu.
Tích hợp sẵn bộ công cụ tạo lập báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng của sản phẩm chi tiết và chuyên nghiệp.

MBD – Includes the creation and editing of GD&T annotations related to 3D models in compliance with ISO 10303 and ASME Y14.5.

TOOLS – Enables model-based measurement, including automatic surface normal flipping, automatic hole axis detection, screenshot capture, 3D PDF generation, and more.

The MEASURE module controls all 3D scanning and probing functions, including automated device alignment, measurement, inspection, and reporting of measured features and surfaces to the CAD model or design. Includes probe-based reverse engineering. Inspection data can be named, annotated, and reported in HTML, Excel, and PDF formats. CONNECT – Verisurf device interface supporting all major portable and stationary CMMs and scanners.

ANALYSIS – Provides the fastest alignment of measured data to nominal 3D CAD models. Supports point-to-point, point-to-curve, point-to-surface, and point-to-mesh analysis, with results communicated via color deviation maps, whisker plots, customizable balloons, and detailed reports.
