Modix MAMA-1000
The MAMA-1000 brings Modix’s dual pellet and filament technology to a compact 1 m³ platform — purpose-built for manufacturers, researchers, and fabricators who need industrial capability.
Most industrial 3D printers force you to choose: speed or detail. The MAMA-1000 eliminates that tradeoff — a single machine carries both a high-throughput pellet extruder and a precision filament extruder.
To meet the rigorous operational standards of industrial production, the machine is integrated with a closed-loop Nema23 motor system. With real-time position tracking and automatic error correction, the system ensures continuous operational stability, eliminates mechanical deviations, and guarantees that every printed line strictly adheres to the original design specs.
Utilize virgin or recycled plastic pellets, as well as reinforced materials such as carbon fiber, minerals, and wood composites to suit a wide range of applications. Incorporate masterbatches to achieve desired colors, visual effects, and functional properties, precisely matching RAL/Pantone color standards. The pellets are dried for optimal moisture control, then continuously delivered to the print head via a pneumatic feeding system, ensuring a highly stable printing process.
To meet the most demanding manufacturing standards, the Modix MAMA-1000 offers a flexible ecosystem of upgrade add-ons, allowing businesses to customize the machine to their specific application requirements: – Enclosure – Air Filter – IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) System – Active Chamber Heater
Thanks to its large build volume of up to 1 m³ combined with multi-material extrusion technology, the MAMA-1000 pushes past the boundaries of traditional 3D printing to serve a wide range of industries. From complex engineering prototypes to full-scale, single-piece consumer products: – Industrial Molds & Jigs – Furniture & Decor – Architectural Models & Sculptures – Functional Prototyping
